ROVQIX is a remote web development studio working with businesses across the United States. We keep daily overlapping hours with Eastern and Pacific time, invoice in USD, sign US-standard contracts with full IP assignment, and deliver Next.js websites, SaaS platforms and custom software.
We are based in India and most of our clients are not. That is a deliberate model, and everything below is how we make it work rather than a claim of a US office we do not have.

Our day covers Eastern mornings. For Pacific teams we shift start times to hold a live overlap window every day.
Billed in USD via bank transfer or Wise, net 15, with W-8BEN-E documentation for your accounts team.
We work under your MSA, NDA and SOW templates, with IP assigned from the first commit.
We complete vendor security questionnaires, agree access controls and support background verification.
Daily async updates so your morning starts with progress, and calls scheduled inside your hours.
We will connect you with a client in your region and timezone before you commit to anything.
Our working day overlaps US Eastern mornings by four to five hours, and we shift start times for Pacific clients.

No. We are a remote studio based in India working with US clients, and we would rather say that plainly than list a virtual address. Everything is structured around remote delivery: overlap hours, written updates and US-standard contracts.
USD by bank transfer or Wise, invoiced monthly on net 15 terms. We provide W-8BEN-E documentation and can work with your procurement or AP process.
Not routinely. Everything runs over video, shared documents and your project tooling. If in-person presence is a hard requirement for your organisation, a local agency is the better fit and we will say so.
We carry professional indemnity cover and are happy to discuss limitation of liability terms as part of your MSA.
