ROVQIX works remotely with Columbus and Ohio businesses across insurance, retail, logistics and B2B services, with Eastern-morning overlap. The work is predominantly operational software: agent portals, claims workflow, store operations and reporting automation.
Ohio enquiries arrive with a process and a spreadsheet. The useful question is which part of the process is actually costing money, and it is rarely the part people mention first.

Priced separately, you own it
Trained and parallel-run
Against a written spec
Quoting, policy status, documents and commissions with scoped access per intermediary.
Multi-step processes with roles, approvals, comments and a complete audit history.
Store tasks, compliance checks and reporting for multi-location retail operations.
Replacing the monthly assembly of numbers from several systems into one spreadsheet.
Upload, generation, versioning and retention for processes built on paperwork.
Connecting policy administration and ERP systems through whatever interface exists.
Because the stated problem and the expensive problem are usually different, and a fixed price needs a specification.
Where an API, replica or scheduled export exists, yes. We confirm this during discovery — some older insurance platforms are genuinely constrained, and knowing early matters.
Discovery is $2,500–$5,000 and produces a specification and prototype you own. The build is then fixed price against that specification.
We involve them from the mapping stage, test the prototype with them, run the old process in parallel and train at rollout. Adoption is the most common failure mode and we design for it.
No. We are a remote studio based in India working with Ohio clients, with Eastern-morning overlap and USD contracts.
